Glue a tealight to a craft stick. Wrap a 12" circle of fabric around the tealight and tie with ribbon under the tealight. Fold a 4" circle of fabric and gather it in the middle and secure with a chenille stem. Make a halo from the top of the chenille stem. Glue this piece to the back of the craft stick with the fabric inbetween the wings and the craft stick.
